Catalonia lies across the distant seas and beyond the highest mountains. Catgle will need the help of renegade pirates, secretive wizards, demolition-minded squirrels, and the legendary Sir Reginald de Raccoon, leader of the Rocket Raccoon Squadron. He’ll have to travel by airship, jetpack, and submarine to places he only dreamt of. And to stop the Baron’s schemes, the young cat must defeat robot sharks, tank-like boars, and the Baron’s nightmarish mechanical Kraken!

This is a fun adventure for kids and adults alike. The pictures are beautiful. A little magic, a little racing across the land to save the world, and fun gizmos and gadgets make this story a must read. My kids loved it and I thought it was a lot of fun. I can't wait to read the second one and see what happens next to Catgle and Reggie.
I also like the process in which Catgle overcame his fear. I never thought a spy book could be peaceful.
